This is a custom, source-available license based on MIT. It is not the
standard MIT License. Use on listed providers is prohibited for every purpose.

1. COVERED RIGHTS

The Software is the code and documentation expressly offered under this
license by its copyright holders or their authorized representatives. Each
licensor grants only rights they own or are authorized to license.
Contributors retain their ownership.

Inherited Apache-2.0 code, third-party components, and independently licensed
contributions retain their licenses and notices. Existing MIT, Apache-2.0,
INFOIL, PolyForm, and other grants remain available for the material and rights
they cover. This license does not restrict independently granted rights or
rights that applicable law does not permit licensors to restrict. Model
weights, datasets, and outputs are not covered merely through use or inclusion.

2. PERMISSION

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy
of the Software, to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense,
and sell copies of the Software, and to permit persons to whom the Software
is furnished to do so, subject to the following conditions.

3. RESTRICTED PROVIDERS

You must not use, execute, deploy, host, or offer the Software, including
modified versions, on hosting or compute services operated by any provider
named in Appendix A, on capacity rented from that provider, or as part of
that provider's hosted services.

This restriction applies to everyone, including providers, customers,
researchers, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, governments,
and individuals. It applies to every purpose, including commercial use,
noncommercial use, research, education, evaluation, testing, and personal use.
Private endpoints, rented GPUs, and single-customer deployments are included.
Reselling, routing, relabeling, or using an intermediary does not make a
prohibited use permitted. There are no research, institutional, personal-use,
or permitted-cloud leasing exceptions under this license.

Use on your own hardware and on unlisted providers is permitted, subject to
the other conditions of this license, provided it does not use hosting or
compute services or capacity from a listed provider through an intermediary.

Appendix A is exhaustive and fixed for this license version. A listed name
covers the same provider or service after a rename, but does not automatically
cover an acquirer's unrelated businesses. Where an entry names a particular
service, that service is restricted, rather than the operator's other services.

4. REDISTRIBUTION

Include the applicable copyright notices and this complete license, including
Appendix A, in all copies or substantial portions of the Software. Retain
independently required third-party notices. Any sublicense for the Software
must preserve the provider restriction for the covered code.

You may keep modifications private, distribute binaries without source, and
license your own additions under terms of your choice. Those terms do not
remove this license's conditions from the covered code. This license does
not require publishing source, licensing additions under this license, or
restricting independently developed replacements.

5. PATENTS AND TERMINATION

Each contributor grants a worldwide, royalty-free patent license for permitted
uses under patent claims they control that are necessarily practiced by their
contribution alone or in its submitted combination with the Software. This
patent license ends if you bring a patent claim alleging that the Software
infringes. No trademark rights are granted.

Permissions under this license terminate on breach and are automatically
reinstated if the breach is cured within 30 days after you learn of it.
Otherwise reinstatement requires the affected licensors' permission.
Compliant recipients retain their rights. Later versions of this license
do not change existing grants.

The following 25 entries are the exhaustive list for this license
version. The names below control, not a live directory or a future list.
Identifiers disambiguate providers; they do not restrict unrelated software
projects, purchased hardware, or independently licensed models.

Nebius covers the provider's hosting and compute services, including Token
Factory. Voyage AI identifies the Voyage AI service, not unrelated MongoDB
products.
