Infinity V3 license texts

• Infinity Restricted MIT License 1.0 is the current license for covered original contributions. It applies to new covered contributions submitted from this revision unless otherwise agreed.
• Apache-2.0 continues to cover inherited Text Embeddings Inference code and contributions independently licensed under Apache-2.0.
• Infinity License 1.0 for Commercial Use and PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 are retained for material previously offered under those grants. They are not additional alternatives for new contributions offered only under the current license.

Earlier grants remain available for the material and rights they cover. Independently licensed components retain their notices and terms. The scope in LICENSE controls; inclusion of a license text does not extend it across the entire distribution.
